Week 3

In week 3, I worked on creating a set of collages using my research and 3D work. I faced some challenges in developing design silhouettes from the 3D draping and collage, and I found myself falling a bit behind schedule and feeling stuck with the silhouettes.

Despite these difficulties, I remained determined to push forward. I spent time brainstorming and trying out different silhouettes, using exaggerating shapes and rotating different shapes. I also focused on exploring the muse behind my collection. I was able to produce a set of sketches of my potential collection outlook, but I was not too satisfied and not sure about what to put in my final.

Although catching up has been tough, I am committed to my goals. I acknowledge the struggle with the silhouettes, but I’m motivated to find new approaches and break free from this creative block. I’m continuously seeking new ideas and approaches.

Throughout this journey, I’ve learned that challenges are a natural part of the creative process. They test us and help us grow. Although I’m facing some difficulties with the silhouettes and falling behind a bit, I’m determined to overcome them. I’ll continue to draw inspiration from my research and 3D work, and work diligently to create outstanding outcomes.
