Week 1

In week 1, we worked on 3D stands and materials. At the beginning of the class, I felt quite stuck and was unable to be productive for the first half of the class. I was struggling to come up with ideas and couldn’t find a way to make progress on my project. Despite my best efforts to experiment with different shapes, I was unable to make any work that I am satisfied with.

As the class went on, I decided to try a different approach with different materials. I decided to cut up the cloth and use some other materials like silver cards and ribbons to create new ideas. This approach was more productive, and I was able to make good progress on my project. I found that brainstorming some 3D ideas before the class would have been helpful to increase my productivity in class.

Although I encountered some challenges during the class, I am confident that I can overcome them and improve in the future Additionally, I realized that preparing myself with some brainstorming before the class can help me approach the project with a clearer vision and can be more productive in the class.
